Check out this cool video inspiring change.

Do you feel like I do occasionally?  You’re having one of those days when the inner-devil wakes up earlier than the inner-angel?

Your usual mantra of ‘mind over mattress’ isn’t working  and you just don’t feel like doing anything for your business even though you want more success?

You’re not in the zone and hitting growth targets seems impossibly far off – you’re waiting to get motivated….

I’ll let you in on a secret.  Motivation comes from within. It isn’t something you look outwardly for although inspiration from others outwith can help build it in you.

Motivation isn’t distinct – you need to create some momentum first.

The good thing is this is easy to do by repeating this simple formula as often as you choose:

one micro-act + one micro-act = results.

Regardless of how many times you repeat this you will have moved forward.  Easy?  Right.  Powerful?  Oh yes…. when you apply it.

Action breeds action.  Action breeds results.  Results breed momentum.  Momentum breeds motivation!  Just as a river starts off as a single drop of rain added to another one, motivation starts by adding on micro-act to another, and then another, and then another.

27 October 2011
